  • ORDER AND EARN POINTS

    Order online and earn 1 point for every $1.00 you spend. Earn extra points on bonus point days every month!

  • REWARDS AND TIER LEVELS

    Receive a $7.00 reward for online ordering for every 100 points you earn. Tier levels are based on how much you spend on our healthy, nutritious, delicious food each year - the more you spend, the more perks you receive!

THE DETAILS

  • REWARDS PROGRAM FOR ONLINE ORDERING

    The Nalley Fresh Rewards program is eligible only for online restaurant orders placed through our website for the Hunt Valley location. This program is not valid for online orders placed on 3rd party websites, call-in orders, catering orders, or dine-in.

  • GET STARTED

    To begin earning points, create and/or sign into your account from our online ordering menu.

  • EARN POINTS

    To earn your points, you must be signed in when placing your order. If you checkout as a guest, your order will not be valid for earning points. You will earn 1 point per $1.00 spent and will have bonus point days for each tier level. Higher tier levels have more bonus point days so the quicker you move up a tier, the better chance to rack up more points per order.

  • YOUR REWARDS DASHBOARD

    To access your dashboard, click on the star icon from the top of our menu. You will be able to view your: total points, points needed to redeem $7.00 reward/available reward for you to claim, recent activity, tier status, tier benefits, and amount needed to get to the next tier level.

  • REDEEM REWARDS

    Once you have earned 100 points, you will be eligible to redeem a $7.00 reward for online ordering. This reward will be available to redeem from the top of our menu, within your Rewards Dashboard, and under the discount drop down within your cart at checkout. Click the reward to claim - only one reward may be redeemed per order. If you cancel your order, your reward and points will be reverted back.

  • MEMBERSHIP TIERS

    Tiers are based on total spend per calendar year. Every time you place your order, your total goes towards your annual spend. At the end of the year, your tier level will reset, but your current total points and available rewards will roll over into the new year.

 

The Nalley Fresh Rewards program is only valid for online orders placed through The Nalley Fresh website, Nalleyfresh.com, for the Hunt Valley location. The rewards program is not valid for online orders placed through 3rd party websites, call-in orders, catering orders, dine-in or other Nalley Fresh locations. To receive your points and spend towards your tier, you must sign in either at the beginning of your online order or at checkout. If you checkout as a guest/use express checkout, your order will not be eligible for earning points and your order spend will not go towards your annual spend for tier levels.
